The original, single glazed timber windows were rotting and the house was cold. Our customer believed that the replacements had to also be timber and that this was the only viable option. Something we come across often. Once we had explained all the benefits of the award-winning, conservation area approved Bygone Range, the customer went for the unique authentic detailing on (did we mention award-winning) timber alternative frames - with no maintenance and a lower cost to install.
As our team are highly skilled carpenters, we were also able to install bespoke, custom-made external hardwood sills to copy the original moulding.
