Our customer got in touch with us as the timber sash windows on the front of their property were showing their age, with peeling paint, inefficient single glazing, fungal decay setting in and cold draughts in the winter. Tony visited the customer at their property to demonstrate features of the Bygone Harmony range using a fully functional sample window. The Bygone Harmony window was a perfect fit for our customers’ requirements, with multiple features to match the existing window and add back in some traditional features such as the continuous sash horns. The energy efficiency of the window was also a major consideration, with cold draughts eliminated, and an overall drop in heating costs due to its efficiency.
The installation of the two windows was completed in a day, including a completely refitted set of internal timber work. The customer’s house was left spotless, and they are very happy with their new Bygone Harmony sash windows, as well as the service they received from our team here at Box Clever Sash Windows.
